The Annex Summer Repertory Season opens with an all-new musical adaptation of Shakespeare's hilarious comedy featuring the outstanding teen performers of our Young Company with special guests BARRETT MORRISON, JORDAN DIBE and CAITLIN MORRIS-CORNFIELD. The plot revolves around the impending nuptials of Theseus and Hippolyta, two society big-wigs, and the mixed-up love quadrangle caused by two sets of socialite lovers. Add mythical teen boy-band The Rustics, and madness ensues when all are washed ashore on a desert island inhabited by laser-wielding aliens. (Purists will be glad to know that Shakespeare's text remains...)
